Quick question


 
I can't remember who said it here 1st, but I'll try to remember the quote:

"I've never wrapped anything in bacon, and then been disappointed it was wrapped in bacon"

I take it that if skin is on, but wrapped in bacon the skin will not crisp up?
 
Never on my WSM, but several times on my kettle. I think you could wrap anything in bacon and it would be good. I could probably eat possum wrapped in bacon.
 
I've wrapped sausage balls in bacon and smoked with great success. Like somebody already said, anything is good wrapped in bacon!
