Quick question

Has anyone wrapped chicken thighs and drumsticks with bacon and smoked on WSM? Good idea or not?

You could wrap a dead body in bacon and I would at least consider eating it. Bacon=food of the Gods.

I take it that if skin is on, but wrapped in bacon the skin will not crisp up?

Never on my WSM, but several times on my kettle. I think you could wrap anything in bacon and it would be good. I could probably eat possum wrapped in bacon.

I've wrapped sausage balls in bacon and smoked with great success. Like somebody already said, anything is good wrapped in bacon!
