Hey Guys,
Long story short. I rubbed up a shoulder Thursday around 5pm that I was supposed to throw on my wsm last night. Plans changed and I couldn't put it on last night. Will it be ok if I put it on tonight?
 
Oh, if it matters, I wrapped it really well in about 4 layers of plastic wrap, then in a roasting bag sealed tight.
 
I agree that it should be fine. As long as it has been kept refrigerated it will have just picked up a little more of the rub flavor.

Mike, as both JimH and Mike Freel have said, "Yes", there should be no problem with cooking that shoulder overnight tonight provided it was kept under proper refrigeration.
