Quick chicken cook!

We were lazy tonight but wanted to grill...my mother in law sent these huge lemons so lemon chicken on the menu tonight!

Had to start with one of these since my oldest is moving to Boston!!

Nice easy cook! Turned out super! Green beans sprinkled with some bacon to seal the deal!!!

That looks very good to me, do you cut the lemons and squeeze out the juice over the chicken or do you just put the halves together with the chicken?

...Arwin I put the chicken in a big Zip loc with 1/4 cup EVOO and 1/4 cup white wine (whatever the wife has open)... Squeeze the lemon on top and sprinkle with lemon pepper and some garlic, let sit for an hour or so, throw it all on and give it a little direct heat at the end to finish it off! Good stuff!
