Questions for Donna Fong

I assume there may be questions from time to time for @Donna Fong as a new member of the KCBS BoD. If Chris doesn't object, I'll start a catch all thread.

First.... Donna, are you going to continue competing while on the board? I think others have, I'm curious how that complicates things for a cook team or a rep.

Hi Mike! Thanks for the question. I might. I thought I couldn't at first but then I realized that there are directors like Chiles Cridlin, Paul Buob and Thomas Gearhart who regularly compete. David Qualls use to compete but I don't know if he does anymore. I don't think it complicates stuff but I guess there could be a conflict. But I trust the integrity of our reps to be very fair. The conflict I think is harder for the reps than it is for the team. That's been my experience. All I do is cook.
