I smoked a roast last night and it was called a sirloin pork roast. what i would like to know is how close is this to a boston pork butt.after it was done i let it rest for 30 minutes and then cut it.Now here is my question it had good flavor, looked good and it wasn't dry but some of it was kind of tough and some of it was real tender is that the way this type of roast is suppose to be like.
