Q320 paint job

Well, that is very unique. Gloss Black. But, we need specifics. Did you strip the lid before painting? What kind of paint did you use?

Bruce, I used a nylon power brush head in my drill to rough up the finish. I then used Rust-oleum 1200 degree black and 2000 degree clear coat.
I wanted it to match my Q2200 that I use for camping trips.

The Q2200 paint is 8 years old and lost it's shine, but no chips, I am repainting that one tomorrow, The Q320 paint is just a few hours old.

Hmmmm, it looks like the Q2200 is in pretty good shape to me. Do you put a cover on them?

That picture was when it was brand new 8 years ago when I just finished putting it together and put the painted lid on it. They are always covered.
