A while back I was watching the international bbq competition and saw a female team using 3 bullets. The team placed in the top 3 overall, but what caught my attention was the untensils they used on their pork butts. Instead of just pulling by hand, they used two plastic rake looking utensils. If you have ever seen the movie x-men, think of the warewolf claws with handles on them. They just dug into the pork and tore the pieces apart. Have been looking for utensils like this but have not found anything. What do you guys use? have any suggestions?
