How many pounds is it? I saw a 3 1/2 pound one at the store last week. I wish I had bought it.
 
4 1/2 pounds, smaller than I usually buy but it was all they had. Should be just enough for my wife and I.
 
That butt looks great! Reminds me to get one out of the freezer for mid-week. Since it's just the wife and I, I get one at Sam's and cut it in thirds. Gone are the days of making the whole thing.
