Pulled pork ... with ham ??

Hi there,

I got a question for u all !!

Next week there is a quite interesting rebate on fresh pork ham (the real butt of the pork lol) ... do you know if it is good for pulled pork ? anyone tried it ??

This appears to be Ham, rather than Shoulder.

I would not smoke this anticipating pulled pork sammmies.

However, I do smoke hams at Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. They are WONDERFUL!!.

Hey Louis, The ham looks quite lean and without the fat to break down and baste, it may come out a little dry. What the heck. Give it a try and let us all know how it comes out.
