I made these last night, and they were really good, so thought I'd post 'em.
Jethro's Pulled Pork Sliders
12 oz Pulled Pork
2 oz Shredded Mozzarella
3 Tbsp Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce
6 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (King's or other......I grabbed some from Whole Foods)
Chop pulled pork pretty finely, and put into a bowl with the cheese and BBQ sauce. Mix thoroughly to combine all the ingredients.
Form patties with the pork/cheese/sauce mixture. You can do this free-hand, but I like to use a muffin ring to keep them nice and uniform. Really press the mixture together so that it will hold its shape. If you can, form the patties a couple hours ahead of time or more, and set them in the fridge.....helps them to stay together.
Heat your cooking implement of choice, I prefer a griddle for these to get a good crust. Cook the patties (with a bit of butter for browning) until warmed through, heat your rolls on the griddle, combine, and eat.
These were really easy to make, are ready for any alterations you might want to make to the ingredients, and they disappeared in about a nano second! I'll get a pic next time and add it here.
