Pulled pork on the 26.75" kettle.

Picked up a small pork shoulder and marinated it in Walkerswood and injected it with Mojo, cooked about 4 hours with Stubbs and Hickory with 2 half full charbaskets that kept me at about 300 adding twice.

Almost ready.

Pulling.

Pulled.
