Pulled Pork for 9

Does a 7lb pork butt sound big enough for 9 people or because of yield after cooking I should go with something a little bigger?

Should be plenty but leftover pulled pork is delish so cook more.

You also get more value out of your charcoal by doing bigger cooks.

Yeah. I figure 10 servings per 6- or 7-pounder but actually get 12 or better. But it's as easy to cook two if you're going to cook one. And leftovers freeze or fridge and reheat well.

Ain't that the truth. I almost never eat with the group because I always make sure to take more than enough "Quality Control" samples!
