Taking advantage of a free morning/early afternoon... Browned up 10 lbs ground beef for future use (tacos, sloppy joes, Jalapeño Dip)
Smoked and pulled 10 cx leg quarters
-- half in Goya chipotle and kickin cx
-- half in apple juice/ACV/lil ital drsg and weber gàrlic and herb
(I really like the G+H spice)

Hot and fast (kept smoker north of 320 whole time all vents open and door cracked ) with apple wood , took just shy of an hour

About 30 min in,

Resting

Pulled (waiting to be bagged and frozen for future use)

Been getting these ribs in 10 lb case last several months anywhere from )1.39 lb to latest price of $0.99 lb... They Ain't the best but they Ain't bad either .... Kids like em and so do I... So I'll be getting 2 cases next sale

About 2 racks.. 1 with McCormick montreal steak seas
And other with Carolina style Rub some Butt rub

Smoked for about 1 hour (threw in 2 fresh chunks apple wood) wrapped with butter , apple juice and a lil extra rub fr another hour, sauces for another 10-15 min....

I did all this on 1 chimney lit and about 1/3 unlit... Pretty efficient use of charcoal by the WSM!

Thanks for lookin N'AT!!

Kurt, I'd have tough time stashing away that pulled chicken for future use, as it looks way too tempting to eat right now. Great deal on those ribs...gotta love economical cooks that deliver good value.

Sampled the chicken and it was GAD (a family word for better than good) and the cx was only 0.59 Cent/lb

Kurt - another great lookin' monster cook!
You must get all the kids in the neighborhood coming over around dinner time.
