Pulled Beef

Any recommendations for a good finishing sauce for pulled beef? Also, does anybody from the northern virginia area have a good source for chuck rolls? I am a member of BJs but I never see them in the case.

Kevin, thanks for the sauce recipe links. I think I am going to try the recipe from the first link.

On the chuck roll search front I finally had some luck finding one but it is a monster....25 pounds. Because it will not fit as is I am going to cut it in half and smoke on the top and bottom grates. If all goes well I will have them on in a couple of hours.
