Presidents Day Brisket

Surprised not to find any threads rolling for today. In honor of the presidents, a 13 lb brisket is in the smoker. Brisket 2 Brisket

Wish I got off today. As an accountant, we don't get any holidays from New Years through the end of April.

That's for sure. It's hard to do concentrate on these numbers when you have smoked meat dancing through your head...
