Having some friends over tomorrow and wanted to try a few new things... Disappearing pork tenderloin with mango black bean salsa

Bbq rub injected pork tenderloin

Asparagus with a grilled lemon viniagrette

And a few baked potatoes....
Gonna also try a pineapple casserole but no pics til tomorrow..
Hope to get some action and plated pics as well ...

Sauce no. 5 prepared and made by my 7 yr old!!! Gonna drizzle it over the bbq injected pork loin... He was very excited to be "cookin some real bbq!"
