Pre-tryout meal

So my oldest son has ice hockey tryouts tonight for his "never ending season"... Fixed a quick quality meal... Soy ginger glazed salmon , small filet, steamed Gr Beans and a loaded baked spud











Pretty much the same meal I fixed my Mom for Mother's Day .... It was as tasty as the first time around

Awesome, Kurt! Very special "training table" meal from a great Dad for a lucky hockey player son! Hope the boy makes the team! Hey, uh, Kurt, I've been thinking about trying out too if I can get a scrumptious meal like that! Seriously, very nicely done, Sir!
