Pre Smoked sausage ??

Is there any "benifit" tastewise to heating pre smoked pre packaged sausage like you would buy in the grocery store, on the WSM ?

As opposed to just heating in the microwave or on the gasser ?

Any info/tips/ideas appreciated. Thanks

Absolutely! I buy the pre-smoked sausage all the time. I will throw on the wsm with a couple chunks of apple or cherry and after a couple of hours....wow! You will be in for a treat!

Do you slice the sausage or just put it on in the ring form it came in ?

Also what temp do you cook it at ?
