We are going to host SMOKE DAY 15 in Raymond on July 20th this summer...
until then, I AM smoking some St. Louie ribs on the Weber Charcoal Summit...
gotta stay well oiled, ya know what I mean?

seasoned with Owens BBQ Buffalo Wing dust(?) on the top rack...
the lower rack is seasoned with Blues Hog

It’s also my wife's birthday! (But I won’t say what year. Let’s just say we remember the teachers rolling the B&W TV it to watch the landing)
