Pot Luck

I've been invited to a Pot Luck party. I thought about bringing pulled pork. Besides a loaf of bread and sauce, any suggestions on what to put out with the meat?

Do you serve your pulled pork with a shredded slaw on top? I'd bring some of that.

Also, bring rolls instead of bread. Easier to pile the pork on

Yepper--a good slaw and rolls. If there are people there that arent familiar with pulled pork (!) you can suggest they pile the slaw on it, but even if they don't it's great on the side. Especially with a bottle of vinegar sauce nearby.

No, no rolls, I prefer a nice cheap loaf of white bread. Let the pulled pork be the star attraction. The bread is merely a vehicle to get the pork to your mouth and to sop some sauce when needed.
