You know right next to the stove...

Yah. My home fire ext. is just inside the laundry room which is attached to the kitchen. About 15 feet from the stove.

I've seen an ad for the grill sized ones couple times. They have what looks like a Genesis 1000 with a big fire in it and they throw the blanket over it. I hope they didn't wreck the Genny to make the ad - now there's Weberitis right there

OK, the ad came up again so I paused it and took a picture. Looks like a later X000 since it has the plastic hinge bracket for the flip up table.
