Portioning your pulled butts(to give away)...

Anyone know what is a good measure to go by for portioning out pulled pork? I like to give it away, and now that I have a digital scale I can be a little more accurate. I'm sure some kind of chart exists that has amounts for men, women, and kids. Getting ready to bag it and was curious...

I find that if I fill up a ziplock sandwich bag, that's plenty for about 4 nice sandwiches. I use a foodsaver, but that's about the size I go for. It looks smaller than that once the machine sucks out all the air.

Don't give away too much - I was gonna stop by and try some

If you are doing it for individual sandwiches, 3 sandwiches worth per lb or 5.33 Oz/ sandwich, if you are doing it for a whole family 6 - 8 Oz / person (adult) is a really good serving, weigh it accordingly.
