Looks great, nothing quite like a big ole steak filling up a plate. I have several old and cherished hand me down iron skillets, blackened with years of use, but have never taken them to the grill, never thought of it actually. Do you get the grill flavor that way? I usually put those sorts of veggies directly on the grill itself or use a grill pan (the ones with all the holes). I do love grilled corn with a little char spread over. I started to buy some PH's the other day, but they wanted almost $13 a pound and I just could not pull the trigger on that when the rib racks were on sale for $1.59 per, so I bought 8 racks..........but now you got me wanting a PH, thanks a lot for putting my wallet on a diet......................d
