Portabella Pizzas

Today for lunch Kate and I made some portabella mushroom pizzas. We didn't have much for toppings so we used the leftover sauce from our smothered pork chops. Overall pretty good. Drink of the day today was a whiskey smash.

Just used the gas grill on these guys. Started them bare at first to get them cooked through, then threw on some homemade pizza sauce, cheese, and the onion/mushroom leftover sauce. They were great!

We threw them under the broiler at the end to get the cheese nice and browned.
