Port dam forwarding, lol

I want to solve this problem that I have been trying to figure out for a good long time.

Problem......I can not connect to the Heatermeter off home network.

I can resolve my No-ip address on my home network, just fine.

So I can type 10.0.0.69 or myheatermeter.ddns.net while on my home network and I can log into the Heatermeter.

When I'm on cell service, and I try myheatermeter.ddns.net, for a split second I can see the Heatermeters UI page that you always see just before the graph page starts up and that it and it refuses to log in.

I have port forward 80, 8080(I ran the script on the HM to look for this port, also), and even tried 443 and nothing seems to get to the HM.

I have tried just about everything except going to another router, which I know will work, as have done in the past, but I want to keep the xfinity modem/router combo unfortunately.

Any help would be much appreciated.
