I dont often cook this cut, and I bought a 2 pack of them today, and got home, and saw 12% solution added (enhanced). and now that I think of it, all the other ones I ever bought (John Morrel..or something) are enhanced too..I assume they sell them un=enhanced correct? I have always seen them int he pre packaged case ready deals.

As many of you know, I have a real problem with enhanced meat

Anyway I can get unenhanced ones here in PA, I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to as well. Dennis, I hope you can find them, love them natural pork t-loins, good stuff.

Bryan..I am thinking this might be why I have never liked them too much..I never read the fine print on them, like I did today.

Safeway had some huge ones on sale a couple weeks ago for half price. I didn't end up getting any, and maybe that's a good thing. I'm willing to bet they were enhanced.

I am just wondering the best way to prepare these enhanvced versions....dont really want to throw them away.
 
just don't use any salt for seasoning and they should be OK. bj's sells non-enhanced pork tenderloins.
