Thanks fellers....the peas were slow cooked with the trimmings from the ribs I cooked this weekend. YUMMO. HAHA I like it when the younguns get real quiet when eating and then ask for seconds.
 
That looks good. Since I've got the kettle I've been cooking a lot more tenderloins. The kettle makes them come out juicy with little effort. I've been buying the ones already seasoned and vacuum packed. It's an easy meal to throw on after work when times a little short.
 
Makes me wanna take a trip up to Huntsville and belly up at your table one night! Great looking food there Dwain.
 
Dwain, I've been wanting to grill some pork tenderloin, I have the book, and your's looks MIGHTY FINE! So thanks for posting. We'll have to try it very soon.
