Pork tenderloin pinwheels on the Summit

Filleted out a couple tenderloins and put cooked down aplles in butter and brown sugar in one and spinach, basil, cranberries in sauce, and feta in the other. Cooked indirect at 350-400 to high 130s. The spinach one was better but both came out good. Have a great memorial day!
