Pork Tacos on my new Mojoe Griddle

So I picked myself up a Mojeo Griddle a few weeks ago and have used a couple times. Did some burgers one day and stir fried some veggies and chicken. all good stuff. Well on Monday after getting home from work I decided that pork tacos sounded good. So I took a bag of pulled pork from the fridge, grabbed some tortillas, onion, cilantro, and fired up my chimney of Kingsford for my kettle then broke out the Mojeo. Once everything was ready to go I cooked up the pork on the griddle, slapped the tortillas down and viola perfect Monday night dinner. This Mojoe griddle is awesome. Here are a couple of pics.

Someday I would love to get one of those griddles. One more toy to go on my list.

I absolutely LOVE my Mojoe Griddle! I haven't been able to use it for a bit, because I've been dealing with back issues lately. But try cooking a pound of bacon on the Mojoe in less than 5 minutes! Or some marinated skirt steak! Even ham steaks are to die for on the Mojoe, as well as pork chops! All my kids are coming home for my Bday next month, and with my son here, I will be able to Mojoe Breakfast Lunch and Dinner without my back spewing obscenities at me or visa versa!
 
Those tacos look and sound yummy. Tacos are great any time and there are so many ways to enjoy them!
 
They were definitely tasty!! Every time I use this thing I love it more and more. Can't wait to fire up breakfast on it. Just haven't had a chance, been too busy on the weekends. I do however want to pick up an outdoor burner to use with it. Seems pretty wasteful using up charcoal to power when the food doesn't seem to take on flavor from it.

Bob, I have the Camp Chef Explorer 2 burner stove that Cam Stone recommends, and I've noticed lately, most of the stores have them on sale right now, as does Amazon. I think I saw them for $79. or even cheaper. The 2 burner is nice, and the Mojoe fits perfectly on one burner which leaves you the second burner to put a cutting board or a pot of beans or what ever on top. Mine came with red shelves/covers on either side, but I think they are sold as an accessory to the stove itself. ( The whole Camp Chef ensemble came as a Xmas gift) Also received the Italia Pizza Oven that's made by Camp Chef also, fits perfectly on the 2 burner stove, that knocks Pizza's out Pizza Parlor Perfect as long as you remember to semolina your peel first, them assemble your pizza on peel!
(Ask me how I know that!) and those pizza ovens come on sale a lot for about $100. Free ship from Amazon, and so is the stove!
