Pork Steak on the OTG

After following the posts of Bob Correll and Jim Lampe, I have been grilling pork steaks and flat out LOVING it!! The Better Half is fully on board, also. I threw a couple on the OTG and have been flipping them every two minutes or so until done. It may be my imagination but it seems to do a better job. They don't seem to get over cooked and retain their juices and yet I get good caramelization (as opposed to doing one side fully THEN flipping for another four or five minutes...



Here they are plated with the sides, broccoli, smashed red potatoes, and home made applesauce:



Everything was ummm-GOOD!:D
