Went to the store and saw a porl lion with the ribs still attached. Read some topics here and started with a bourbon, brown sugar and salt brine with some cut up apples. Seared over direct heat and then cooked over indirect till about 150. Turnned out excellent. thanks to those who I borrowed from.
