Pork Puller

If the roasters you're talking about are the Nesco variety, I would recommend taking your bags of pork, packed as Kevin described, and placing them in hot water in the roaster pan until heated through. Then remove the bags, dump the hot water, and add the pork from the bags to the roaster pan(s). Pork will heat pretty quickly in hot water

I think that would work well, but unfortuately I wont be able to be there when the pork is warmed up and I am trying to make it as easy as possible for the customer. I think I am going to tell them to Dump some pork in the roaster with some apple juice or finishing sauce and give it plenty of time to warm up, stiring often.

It won't be a problem. Tell them to moisten it, get it warm, then stir periodically. Moisten more if needed. Remind them it needs only to get hot enough to serve.
