Pork steaks, glazed with Sauce #5, and over ripe Jalapeno and Cubanelle peppers...
Potatoes and onions actually went on the grill first
(butt for subject title sequence... well, you know)...
Bok Choy...
just about done...
Then, took everything off the grill and added asparagus to the grill...
(only lost one spear down the grates
)
When everything was cooked and ready to eet, I started to plate it all up, butt...
...ran outta room
needed a second plate
So, my big ol' dinner looked alot like this...
Chopped up onions and bok choy with the peppers on the side plate and
the pork steak sided with asparagus and yukons on the main plate.
Completely complete! And yes, I did eet it all!
