Pork, Peppers, Potatoes, Onions, Bok Choy and Asparagus

Pork steaks, glazed with Sauce #5, and over ripe Jalapeno and Cubanelle peppers...

Potatoes and onions actually went on the grill first
(butt for subject title sequence... well, you know)...

Then, took everything off the grill and added asparagus to the grill...

When everything was cooked and ready to eet, I started to plate it all up, butt...

needed a second plate

So, my big ol' dinner looked alot like this...

Chopped up onions and bok choy with the peppers on the side plate and
the pork steak sided with asparagus and yukons on the main plate.
Completely complete! And yes, I did eet it all!

LOL There are certain people that post on this forum that induce the Pavlov's dogs response in me. I look at the "Topic", then cast a glance to the right and see their name under "Topic Starter" I just...instantaneously drool. Like a rope of saliva involuntarily pours out of the corner of my mouth. Jim is one of those posters. LOL

Everything looks great except the bok choy. I don't know how anyone eats that stuff. LOL
