As I shared in @Tim Campbell aswsome thread yesterday, this weekend is turning into a weekend of pork.
Yesterday started with the bacon crackers.
The front half of the pan came out with a kiss of darkness, the back half got a little darker than that... The were served and half done before before I could get a shot. These were the darker ones that were left.

Pork shoulders just broke into pieces as soon as I unwrapped them.
And the chefs plate.
And one last added photo, my favorite dessert ever.
The verdict, the bacon crackers are really good and I will make them again, I will just keep a closet eye to keep them crispy but not (burnt)(I don't want to say that word out loud) as done as they were last night. The greens in bacon jam was really good, but everyone but me said they would rather this be with be made brussel sprouts over the greens so I will try that next time.

Then for lunch today I made myself a Cuban sandwich.
Life is good! Pizza still to come. I will be making a pork meat lovers pie tonight.
