TVWBB 1-Star Olympian
Cut in half for yesterday.
Marinated one in apple cider, maple syrup, and thyme.
Other was marinated in yogurt,lemon juice and garlic, it's the almond crusted pork loin from Joy.
325 on the EX6 for about 2 hrs to hit 145.
Cold and windy so had to break out it's insulated cover.
