Pork loin roast on the Performer

Haven't done a pork loin in a long time. And this was the first time on the Performer.

Made a paste out of mustard, fennel, celery salt, chili flakes, pepper. Pretty much a random mix, but figured it would work. And it did, although I was a bit heavy handed on the salt.
Also had some nice little green beans with a tarragon (from the garden) dressing.


Oh, and in the foiled pouch, I peeled some whole shallots, poured on some oil, S&P and a bit of balsamic. Tasted great.

Pork Roast
 
G,I've been hankering for a pork loin for a while. Our best friends youngest daughter has a birthday coming up,and has requested ribs. I'm gonna see if I can talk everyone into a loin. Yours looked fantastic!
