I was just given a 4 lb one of these.  Is this a good cut of meat to smoke???  If so would I prep it similar to a butt?  Any tips would greatly appreciated.  Time? Temp?
If it is good for smokin, what is some other stuff I could smoke along side of it that would cook in similar fashion
