Pork Loin Go Round, Right Round

Cooked up a pork loin - think it was a half-loin? - on the MasterTouch and rotisserie. Charcoal baskets on either side with Cowboy. Gave a solid coating of Pullman Smokehouse Pork Rub and tied it up.

Went round for about 50 minutes, just a touch too long but still good. Outside was peppery!

Well made! Strong work indeed! there are few things I like more than a loin grilled to the perfect moisture and color like that!

Roti has been underused this year so seemed the perfect chance. Still need to make a ham on the thing.
