I've been lurking for ages, registered this week, and now I post my first picture.
No pictures of the cook, but here is the plate (I am still on a Blackberry, so excuse the image quality).
Pork loin chops from Costco, brined for an hour, rubbed with a self-made cajun style rub, and grilled on the 22.5" kettle using Stubb's Charcoal. White rice and home made black beans on the side (I'm Cuban, everything comes with black beans)...
Almost forgot to take a picture, I had already sliced off a bite.
First time I grilled the thicker chops, usually go with the thinner ones from the local carniceria. The wife and kids liked them, so I think I will do them again.
