pork loin, bone-in, center cut roast recipe?

My wife came home with this 6lb cut cut that looks like pork chops that haven't been separated. She usually roasts it in the oven, is there a wsm recipe I can use? I recall I had great smoked pork chops at kreutz/smittys...maybe this is the cut they use?
 
You have the center portion of the whole loin that Chris used. A whole loin comprises the 'blade end', the 'center cut' and the 'sirloin end'.
