Yes... I had some left over so I decided to put it on top.

Agree 100% .....the meat we all do pretty well on , but the spuds and corn and all the veggies really open your eyes.

I saw a potato recipe kinna like that somewhere, and have been wanting to try it......you convinced me to give it a try as always looking for potato cooks, thought I must say the cold potato salad I made yesterday reminded how good they are that way...............great looking "action" picture........................d
