This is a dish my mom used to make when we were kids, slightly adapted to outdoor cooking. It's really simple but everyone really enjoys it.
Very few ingredients.
Seasoned the meat with Johnnies Seasoned Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Sauce is cream of mushroom soup, red wine, mushroom, 1/4 onion and a little milk
Browned the chops, put them in a foil pan, added sauce, covered and cooked a pretty high heat for an hour and a half, turning pan at halfway point
And plated with some mashed potatoes and asparagus.
