Pork butts

Hi, looking for suggestions or input on cooking a couple pork butts approx ten lbs or less.
Starting a cook on Fri night into Saturday day,this will be eaten on Monday should I pull the pork after resting or keep it wrapped in foil and slow reheat on monday then pull.this is not for compition just people getting together. Thank u baz
