Actually, I set a laptop up with a webcam to take a pic of the Nu-Temps every 5 minutes and just entered the data after the cook

Hey Bill,

What can you tell us about:

a) how you made that cool graph, and

b) the pit temp line specifically. Looks like around 6:00PM it started to drop -- could that be the guru ramp kicking in? And is that you foolin' with the guru knobs at 7:20 and beyond -- just a guess?

Here's a link to the original post...The dip at 7:30 was when I turned the blower off, removed the center/top sections and rapped the legs. You can see the temp starting to drop off at around 5:30pm.
