Pork butts

Well just pulled my two pork butts off the wsm after 14.5 hours. Had about 16lbs of meat, tough night down to 11 and the wind picked up during the night. Had to add more K around 2:30. I never turned or opened the lid because of the conditions so I figured the 14 hour mark would be the time to check. 190 right on the nose. Camera malfunction so I hope to get pics after the rest. Thanks for all the great advice everyone, my first butts!
