Only the extra amount of time it takes the cooker to get to your target cooking temp. After that, it should take approximately the same amount of time as cooking just one-- the hours-per-pound estimate applies to the weight of the individual piece, rather than the total weight of all pieces being cooked combined. I'd allow an extra hour to get your temp dialed in. But, as always, every butt is different-- they're done when they're done.
