Pork Blade Steaks

I saw a package on sale at Sam's, so I thought as long as I was going to fire up the WSM for "mockstrami" this weekend, I'd give 'em a go.

Here they are sprinkled with rub and soon to go on:

They went about 2 1/2 hours or so then foiled and into the cooler for almost an hour while we got ready for dinner (had sweet potato oven fries with them) They were pretty good. Kind of like a pork chop, not tough at all. Not at all like pulled pork from a my usual butts.
