polder dual/Sensor Therm-Timer model #894-90

Just bought a WSM along with a Polder Dual Sensor Thermometer on Thursday, this is my first smoker, I used to use my kettle on a limitted bases. I couldn't wait to use both my new toy's so I grabbed a recipe out ofthe Jamison's "Smoke and Spice" book for Sirloins. Both the Thermometer and WSM worked like a charm, I look like a hero. Is there any one out there that has used this Polder mode 894-90.
