Planning for a big cook


 
Well, tomorrow im going to do a scale up test run. I picked up a little over 30 pounds of butt today. It should be interesting, to say the least, as there's supposed to be rain on and off all day. I picked up a 7 foot beach umbrella to position over the smoker as best as I can.

Anyone have any words of wisdom regarding cooking in the rain?
